If you place your order before Midday, we aim to pack and dispatch your order on the same day whenever possible.
If you would like your goods delivered on the next working day from placing your order (UK customers only), please select;
Next Day Royal Mail Tracked 24 hr service (for next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm).

International Heavy Order Delivery Surplus on International and Offshore UK addresses only
If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus. If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order. In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.
Returns
If you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you must first contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order, so that your request can be processed on our system. Your return must be received back to our warehouse within 14 days from the day your received your order. We will happily refund or exchange any unused and unsoiled items returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Postage will also be chargeable at the usual rate for the re-delivery of an exchange item.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed when we have received and checked the returned items. It is your responsibility to retain proof of postage for items returned to us, and we recommend that you use a recorded service for this reason. We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving of your return.
If an order is returned to us because delivery has been refused, or because an incorrect address has been provided, the item/s will be refunded minus the delivery charge.
If it is found that we have made a mistake with your order, please inform us of the mistake and we will cover the cost of the return postage.
