Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Made 4 Fighters Web site. Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. Made 4 Fighters reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the Made 4 Fighters Web site, both now and in the future.
Delivery
If you place your order before Midday, we aim to pack and dispatch your order on the same day whenever possible.
If you would like your goods delivered on the next working day from placing your order (UK customers only), please select;
Next Day Royal Mail Tracked 24 hr service (for next day delivery if you place your order before 2pm).
* UK customers will receive email alerts from Royal Mail for Standard and Next Day delivery services to inform you of the delivery date.

International Heavy Order Delivery Surplus on International and Offshore UK addresses only
If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus. If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order. In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.
Returns
If you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you must first contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order, so that your request can be processed on our system. Your return must be received back to our warehouse within 14 days from the day your received your order. We will happily refund or exchange any unused and unsoiled items returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Postage will also be chargeable at the usual rate for the re-delivery of an exchange item.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed when we have received and checked the returned items. It is your responsibility to retain proof of postage for items returned to us, and we recommend that you use a recorded service for this reason. We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving of your return.
If an order is returned to us because delivery has been refused, or because an incorrect address has been provided, the item/s will be refunded minus the delivery charge.
If it is found that we have made a mistake with your order, please inform us of the mistake and we will cover the cost of the return postage.
Payment and Stock Availability
Goods and prices are subject to availability. All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.
Once you have chosen your goods, you can proceed to checkout and pay for your order by credit or debit card through our secure SagePay payment server. If you choose to mail a cheque or postal order for your payment your order will not be processed until we are in receipt of your cheque or postal order.
Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. As we process and ship your order you will receive further e-mails explaining your order status.
Order Errors / Damaged or faulty goods
Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available. You will not be charged for the return postage or the replacement postage in this case, providing you return the item via the method we advise.
Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Made 4 Fighters shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Made 4 Fighters shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Made4Fighters shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Complaints
All complaints will be acknowledged within 1 working day, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately.
Data Protection and Privacy
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to any third party. We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law; we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns which enable us to improve the service we provide. This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. You can request at any time, that we stop using your information and, that we stop mailing information to you by sending an email to unsubscribe@made4fighters.co.uk
Changing terms
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
