In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.
We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.
We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.
If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.
Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.
No refunds can be given until return goods have been received.

The impression is very easy to do, and takes only a couple of minutes to complete. The dental lab will create you mouthguard in a few days of reciept
When you buy this mouthguard from us you can choose a single colour, medium strength custom mouthguard at the purchase price or choose varying degrees of protection and colours for a small surcharge - please refer to the instruction manual included for details on how to do this.
This is the absolute best mouthguard I have ever owned (including another denstist made one) Well worth upgrading to the pro-impact version when you send it back (extra tenner) - you get even more protection, you can speak and breath easily.

Just thought I'd add a few hints for anyone who's unfamiliar with the process of taking your own dental impression: 1) You get a free Opro Bronze mouthguard free with this pack to tide you over while you wait for your custom one to arrive. Take your impression in this one first, as it'll give you a better feel for how to center the custom kit with your teeth better - remember, get it wrong and you're up the proverbial creek without a ladder. The Bronze mouthguard isn't very comfortable, but as it retails at £5, that's probably to be expected. 2) Have a mirror handy in addition to the stuff you're told in the instructions. It helped me ensure I put the impression kit squarely in the centre of my mouth. 3) Do make sure that when you place the putty sausage in the tray, you push any putty sticking out into the tray with your thumbs - otherwise there might not be enough putty to cover all of your teeth adequately. All in all, great product.

International Heavy Order Delivery Surplus on International and Offshore UK addresses only
If your order weighs more than 3kg, and is being dispatched to a UK offshore address or internationally, we may need to apply a delivery surplus. If you are unsure as to whether your order will be over 3kg, please contact us before processing your order. In the event that we need to apply an unforeseen surplus charge to you order, we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay a surplus delivery charge.
Returns
If you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you must first contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order, so that your request can be processed on our system. Your return must be received back to our warehouse within 14 days from the day your received your order. We will happily refund or exchange any unused and unsoiled items returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Postage will also be chargeable at the usual rate for the re-delivery of an exchange item.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed when we have received and checked the returned items. It is your responsibility to retain proof of postage for items returned to us, and we recommend that you use a recorded service for this reason. We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving of your return.
If an order is returned to us because delivery has been refused, or because an incorrect address has been provided, the item/s will be refunded minus the delivery charge.
If it is found that we have made a mistake with your order, please inform us of the mistake and we will cover the cost of the return postage.
