In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

No refunds can be given until return goods have been received.

All new Karpal eX mkII TAT2 gloves feature the strongest, most pliable high-quality leather available to compliment the already superb TAT2 detailed striking surface. Woven labels on wrist area have now been replaced with high-quality Punchtown leather printing across the strap to eliminate label snagging and wear. New high-quality, 3-part foam inners have been specifically designed and produced to provide a slightly softer but deeper padded strike surface on the knuckle area and fingers. Due to the use of a new and more pliable leather, break-in period on the new Karpal eX mkII TAT2 is reduced and is ready to punch out-of-the-box. The TAT2 leather itself isn't just about good looks either. Its surface it extremely resilient to scuffs and tears and leaves standard leather in the shade. TAT2 leather effectively repels blood and sweat to ensure your gloves continue to look and feel the way they should - second to none.

UK Mainland

£3.99 as standard. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (up to 1kg) or Courier (1kg +), and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances. Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Courier items are sent using Interlink and will arrive between 8am and 3pm. Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If no person is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.

Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Island etc:

£3.99 as standard. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply. (See aforenamed section below). Orders are all dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances. Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Royal Mail Airsure tracks your order electronically to the point of delivery, but items delivered by this method will NOT require a signature. Please contact us if you wish us to track the progress of your order. Although your items receive priority treatment, the Airsure service does not guarantee delivery times.

Rest of World:
