In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required. You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

We do ask that you please contact us first to let us know that the product is being returned. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

If an order is returned to us because no one has been at the shipping address to receive the items and no other arrangement has been made between the customer and the couriers, the item will be refunded minus the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

If the customer has refused delivery (with no mistake on our part) and the item is returned to us, the customer is liable for the cost of the delivery and the return delivery back to us.

Refusal of correct deliveries is deemed to be breaking our terms and conditions unless there is a mistake with the order or the order has been damaged in transit.

No refunds can be given until return goods have been received.

Featuring the original ‘Fracture’ skeletal design and BOA-TITE™ dual-strap, the new KARPAL eX mk II is the latest addition to the KARPAL family of MMA gloves and offers innovation at an attractive price. The KARPAL eX mk II uses a new durable but soft leather without the additional asthetics of the TAT2 Series, allowing for a glove that looks great, fits perfectly and has all the same functionality. The BOA-TITE™ dual-strap design has been developed to allow manual adjustment from both sides of the wrist, even when the glove is being worn. This allows for increased leverage to ensure the glove is secured evenly and that it maintains its position. If you don't require the full-colour designs of the TAT2 series but need a glove that is innovative with a perfect, 'ready-to-fight' fit, the KARPAL eX mk II is where it's at.

Make a loose fist with your hand and take a measurement of the circumference of the knuckle area. A tailor's tape measure is ideal for this but alternatively use a piece of string or tape to measure the circumference and then hold against a standard ruler. Our gloves accommodate the wearing of hand gel wraps. If you do not use wraps and your hand size falls between two sizes, you can choose the smaller size and the glove will still fit.

UK Mainland

£3.99 as standard. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (up to 1kg) or Courier (1kg +), and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances. Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Courier items are sent using Interlink and will arrive between 8am and 3pm. Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If no person is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the courier in question.

Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Island etc:

£3.99 as standard. On orders weighing over 3kg in total an International/Offshore Heavy Delivery Order Delivery Surplus may apply. (See aforenamed section below). Orders are all dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will generally arrive within 2 - 5 working days from the date you place your order. Please allow up to 10 days, for unforeseen circumstances. Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Please contact us if you wish us to track the progress of your order. Although your items receive priority treatment, the Airsure service does not guarantee delivery times.

Rest of World:
