How do I search for a product?
There are a number of ways you can search for a product you are looking for. The best way to shop with us is to browse through the categories at the top of the web-page and then refine what you are looking for by clicking on each section, spilt into product types (T shirts, MMA Gloves, etc.) Alternatively, if you know exactly what you want, just type in the product or brand into our search facility (this is located at the top right of the website) and you will find everything related to your search. Don’t forget to check out our clearance section as you might find a bargain!
Will you be restocking an item that no longer seems to be in stock?
We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but it’s out of stock. However, some products are limited edition runs, or come from smaller brands and so might sell out quickly if the demand is high. In some situations the item may come back into stock after a new production run has been completed - please contact us and we will advise if this is the case. Try browsing through our categories at the top of the web-page and then refine the type of item you are looking for by clicking on each of the sub-sections. Alternatively, you can type in the product or brand into our search facility (this is located at the top right of the website) and we will find you everything related to your search.
What delivery services do you provide, can I get an item the next day?
At checkout you can choose from our different delivery options, but if you choose standard delivery, your goods will be sent using recorded first class post. This can take 1-5 working days to arrive, so please be patient. If the item has not arrive by this time, please contact us with your order id ready, and we will provide you with the tracking number for your order.
If you choose the special delivery option before midday, your order should arrive the following working day before 1p.m. Again, if for any reason your order has not arrived please give us a call and we shall track your order for you.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you would like to return your goods, we will accept the return sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. To organise a return, please call us on 0871 951 2222 to inform us of this first, then stick the label from the top left hand corner of the invoice that came with the package and send it back to the address on the label. Please note that we cannot accept any returns for opened groin protection due to hygiene reasons.
Have you recieved my returned goods?
As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll either process your refund or send out the exchange item that you have requested when you first set up the return. You should receive your exchange item/s roughly 5 working days after you have sent back you original return. Any refunds will take 3-5 working days to appear on your bank account. If you want to make sure we have received the item please contact us and we will let you know.
Do you have a physical shop?
We do not operate a physical store, no. We are an online retailer and distributer which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day, from all over the world - with discounted shipping rates for large orders.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then please contact us and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible. We will never charge you for re-sending an item if we were at fault.
